Our Strategic Goal

Given the growing population and shifting demographics in East Contra Costa County, the Lesher Foundation supports strengthening the capacity of mission-aligned nonprofits—individually and collectively—to address the priority issues of their clients and communities, to alleviate poverty.

Our goal is that East Contra Costa nonprofits increase capacity to meet the communities’ changing needs and reduce long-term poverty entrenchment.
