We’re delighted to welcome Caylin Patterson to the Lesher Foundation as our new Operations Director, beginning November 16, 2026!

 

 

Caylin brings more than 17 years of leadership experience across nonprofit organizations, local government, and the private sector. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen their operations, support their teams, and plan for the future. Her collaborative approach and experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, and people development will be valuable additions to the Foundation. Most recently, Caylin served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Insight Housing and has held leadership roles at the Regional Center of the East Bay, Clif Bar & Company, and Contra Costa County. Caylin earned both her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her Master of Social Work from California State University, East Bay.

Outside of work, Caylin enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her family. She’s also the proud mom of an almost-three-year-old son who keeps her busy, fills her days with laughter, and reminds her to embrace curiosity, patience, and life’s little adventures.
